Stepping out on Purpose . . .
Hi, I just wanted to touch base and tell you guys what I did . . . I made my first You-Tube video I am so excited to start this new venture.
Was I scared?
Of course. We are always scared to take a step out of our comfort zone, but what we don't understand is that every time we experience something new, or we encourage ourselves to step out of our comfort zones, we are actually stepping into an opportunity for growth.
Walk in your destiny . . .
We all need to shake off that fear coat and put on the a garment of faith. Like I always say, when we communicate with God, and he tells us what to do, we should say, "Yes." God has been telling me to start recording bible study lessons since February, but I always had an excuse why I couldn't do it. But yesterday, I finally did, I posted my first video on You Tube. It is a hot mess!! I made another one today and it is another hot mess!!
However, I know that all things work out for the good, for them that love God, and for them who are called to his purpose. The word asks "for who hath despised the day of small things?" . . . not this girl!
I am ok with small beginnings. Just like when I started my website and my blog. I believe it is getting better and better because God is in it. I know that he called me to a purpose. I know that he knows what my destiny is. I choose to keep walking with him so that I can get to where I need to go.
Don't be afraid to get started!
I wanted to encourage you to get started today. Keep on pressing and don't be afraid of what other people think, say, or do. If it is your dream, and it is the dream that God gave you, then it will lead to your destiny. Start today. Start living your life on purpose.
