A Little About Me and a little about this site . . .
June 22, 2017
Hello, My name is Tamorra and I am the art teacher for purpose. I write, create, and promote information that will help you find your purpose in life.
This was an important revelation that I had stumbled upon this past year while writing this blog. I have found my purpose. My purpose is to encourage others to walk in their purpose.
I am so glad that God has taking me on this journey and continues to show me what he has in store for me. I am excited about vision. I am excited about spiritual growth in my family. I am excited for your growth as members of the Kingdom.
I was an art teacher, but I don't talk a lot about art on this site. Eventually I will get back into my art making but right now I am focused on this ministry. I talk a lot about my Christian Journey on this site. My main concern is connecting you to information that will expand your mind. I pray that the information that I share on this blog leads you to finding and understanding your purpose here on earth. I pray that you develop a closer walk with the Lord by reading this blog.
So, this is the thing, I had purchased a website, artteacher4purpose.com, about a year ago and wrote my about section to tell my story about how God led me not to look for another job but instead to start a blog. I left my story up and you can check it out on the site.
Truly there has been a change in me. I have discovered through my writing how skewed my perspective was of the world and of God. I also had a confused understanding of who God was and still is. Because of this, I had to change my mind so that my writing could fit with God’s plan. I really had to repent of much of the information that I was putting out there. It was never my intention to teach things or write about things that would confuse people. God is still working with me and I am so thankful that he still wants to work with me.
With that said, we don't want to limit ourselves and seclude ourselves to our own little boxes. We do want and need to use the resources that God has provided for us. It is then our responsibility to go to the word and test it. God gives us examples of how his principles work in this world so that we know how to apply them in our lives. It is God's purpose to guide us in our purpose in order to see that manifestation of his Kingdom government on this earth. This is what I work to do. I work, write, and share to encourage you to find your purpose.

Therefore friends, I am using this site for motivation. As I work out my own frustrations, observations, and revelations, I will motivate you as well to find true success in living life.
Hopefully you can relate to my stories and studies. I pray that we can help each other on this Christian walk. I also pray that by writing about my purpose and my vision; I will be able to help others take a leap of faith. I pray that people start doing what God has called them to do.
Understanding Your Purpose
When you finally come into the understanding of who you are and what you are supposed to do; life becomes a lot more focused. I want to encourage you to find out what that one thing is that you love to do, that you will stay up all night for and do for free. This is the thing that you do because this is the thing that God made you for. This is your purpose.
I always had a passion for teaching . . .
I have a special interest in education because God has placed that passion in my heart. It is part of my vision to start training and motivating young teachers to teach with the power of vision. I have a growing concern that our school system is becoming an industrial complex. Teachers are being lost in a system that does not support their growth as valuable mentors for our youth. A gnawing suspicion crescendos the idea of a system purposely set up for our children to fail. I not only want to see a change in the American Public School System, but I want to be part of that change.
I am interested in building a team that is passionate for education reform. This new reform needs to be guided by the teaching professionals that survive the trenches of war, not by the generals who lead from behind. Most of our leaders have failed us, others have died silently beside us, while others continue to fight this battle of educational debauchery with us. Join the fight.
