Motivation for Monday: Your process is necessary to find success

As you start your Monday and  think about all the things you have to face during the week, just know that it is all working out for your good.  You have to be talked about because it helps you to grow.  You have to feel used up some time because it helps you to gauge your value.  You have to go through things so that God can prepare you for something greater.  It is called conditioning.  It is called process.

I'm going to share this video with you about process.  But first I need to reflect on something the Lord has been working with me on. . .  Success doesn't happen over night.  It takes much effort to achieve your dreams. . .

For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.

Here is the thing . . . we have to stop saying that we are going to do something and not do it.  We have to stop talking about it and just do it.  I had a decision to make earlier and I asked God what I should do.  I really had a bunch of doubt come in when I had already made a decision to go back to school.  Then God kept sending to me "when a man vows a vow let him do everything that he says."

I remembered a verse like that so I looked it up:

If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

Numbers 30:2

Which then led me to Ecclesiastes 5:3

1Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil. 2Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. 3For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words.
4When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. 5Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. 6Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands? 7For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God.

The sacrifices of fools are empty words.  Better yet word vomit!  His word means nothing because a fool does not intend to keep his word.  Fools are fools because they do not understand that power of their words.  They are fools because they do not understand that they speak against their destiny.  Breaking your word is ammunition for the enemy to use against you in the court of law.  The heavenly court will hear the case against you and have evidence that you speak with no intent of fulfilling your vows.  God has no pleasure in this.  You are messing with his program.  He doesn't want to see his people destroyed from lack of knowledge.

Good news is that God does have mercy on us.  Bad news is that our lives are effected negatively if we choose to do actions that are foolish.  But if we follow God's law and keep our vows, then there is a blessing in that.  There is a promise of happiness in that.

I will not be a fool.  I will fulfill my purpose by doing what God needs me to do.  I will do what I say I will do.  God will lead me through it.  He has done it before, he will do it again.

OK, so I have thought of another video that may encourage you to do what you need to do for the Lord.  No more excuses, we have to start acting now.  We have to start doing.  We have to begin our process.  What ever it may take for us to start growing.  What ever dirt that needs to be thrown on top of us, it is for our good.  Our trials are necessary.  This is how we grow.  This is how we become successful.  It is not easy, but it is worth it!

A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.

The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.

He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster.

Proverbs 18:7-9

Don't Procrastinate. Do not hesitate.  Just do it

Until next time
