Live Life post 153: More on the New Age

I had said it before but I want to reiterate that I am not a new age follower and do not support the Satanic undertones of this movement.  I will continue to speak against this movement and warn people of it's dangerous misleading.

This is for Christians who think they are doing the right thing.  These are for Christians who think that yoga is ok.  This is for Christians who think it is ok to read horoscopes or read tarot cards.  These things are not ok friends.  These are things that the bible warns us about time after time again.  These types of things are very dangerous to our spiritual growth and may cause all kinds of spiritual depression and oppression.

I can talk to you about a lot of these things but I think it is so much more engaging to watch a video about it.

I told you before that I follow the Vigilant Christian on You Tube.  He is very good at sharing insights and exposing demonic activity in our modern day culture.  He is also very good at connecting us to people with similar spiritual revelations.

 I remember watching something on You tube about a young man who was speaking against the New age movement, his name: Steven Bancarz.  Once a very successful/wealthy blogger promoting the  Spirit Sciences, Jesus Christ revealed himself to Steven.  Steven is now a Christian speaking against the New Age Deception.

Just like the bible promises:  A seeker of the truth will find the truth.

Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and the door shall be opened to you. (see Matt 7:7). 

When you seek the truth you will find Jesus.  Why?  Because Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. . .

Let us get an understanding that the New Age movement is not a new idea nor is it one cohesive idea of spirituality.  Instead, it hides itself in a casserole of mystic ideas originating from  Buddhism, Hinduism, Confucianism, Mythology, Occultism, Paganism and other Polytheistic ideologies.  Hence, today we see these practices manifest themselves in to many different sects of spiritual cults claiming that they have found a way to a higher consciousness.  What these groups have in common is discrediting the divinity of Jesus Christ, claiming him to be either a normal man, a supreme teacher, a supreme spiritual guru, a prophet, or just a really popular guy in history who did a lot of good things.  In none of these sects will you find him identified as the Son of the only true and living God.

Be careful of the following practices:  Wicca, Mother Earth, Voodoo, Occultism, Channeling, Scientology, Metaphysics, Course in Miracles, Roman Catholicism, Kundalini Yoga,  Buddhist/Hindi meditation, idolatry, and pagan worship. Or any religion that claims it is Christianity but does not Claim Jesus as the son of God:  Jehovah Witnesses, Mormons (Church of Latter Day Saints), and  other such cults like the Children of God.

I can go on and on about the background workings and history of these types of things but for time being, I digress.

Just know that their are many worldly philosophies out there today that claim they know the way to God, or that there is a god in every person.  This is very misleading and it is all to the workings of the counterfeit Christ.  And it is all being spread by the movement against Jesus Christ.  This is the anti-Christ movement disguised in a pretty false light of higher consciousness.  Don't be fooled.  Check out this video by the Vigilant Christian, sharing with you some very important information.  It also connects you to a video from Steven Bancarz.

I want to encourage those Christians who go to bible believing churches to take your heads out of the pews.  In church we are always talking about "These are surely perilous times!" "We are living in the last days,"  "Be in the world but not of the world!"  However, we are becoming very comfortable at staying inside the church, burying our heads in praise and worship and not going out into the world to be his servants and his witnesses. SMH. . .

Don't forget that God has a job for you to do too.  Don't be afraid to answer his call and start your work against the enemy.

Watch this video if it is part of your purpose to do so.  If it is your purpose to teach Sunday school to the little kids then do that.  If it is your purpose to speak against the New Age movement then do that.  If it is your purpose to go to Washington DC and get a job as a honest politician, then do that.  But we all need to start doing what ever we were called to do.

Live Life post 152: Watching Descendants with the Kids

Disney Channel Deception: Watching Descendants with the kids

My TV usually stays on Disney Chanel or Cartoon Network.  I usually have no control of the television, you know, me being the mom and everything.  My husband is the king of the remote and these are the channels he and the kids prefer.  So I'm usually watching KC Undercover, Star vs. the Forces of Evil or Bzaardvark.

It is a constant argument about what the kids are allowed to watch and what they are not allowed to watch.  I tell my husband "Star vs. the Forces of evil"  is a demonic cartoon promoting astrology, Scientology, witch craft, the new age movement, and other pagan ideologies.  His response to me is "You're too serious, let them watch it!"

I will not fail to tell them the real meaning of these things.  The signs and the symbols of witch craft that they are watching.  Their response every time "Awe mom!"  They need to be aware of how the enemy attacks.  He is sneaky and he is going after our children's minds.

There is definitely something "Rotten to the Core" about Disney Channel's pagan lineups!

And so, the excitement builds up for the new Descendants movie on Disney Channel.  I love musicals and expect it to be good entertainment but at the same time, I know what the movie is about.  It is a promotion of how good it feels to be evil and do evil things.  This is true in a sense because sin often time feels good.  However, as Christians we understand that it is this very same sin that will lead us to our own destruction, misery, and death.  I'm glad that the movie showed that none of the evil characters who turned good went back to the bad side.  It is always better to chose the righteous side.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, ask your kids, they know all about  the movie. 

During the commercials we see the promotion of a new Zombie show.  Ok, more promotion of death.  Then we have the premier of "Raven's Home,"  a spin off of the original Disney show  "That's so Raven" to where the main character is a Psychic Seer.

These are things that God told us not to deal with because they are of the devil: Witch Craft, sorcery, Seers, Death and Evil.  Our God is the God of the living, not of death.  Disney Chanel is becoming an expert at promoting these types of subjects to our children.  So what do we do as parents?  Do we let our children watch these things and hope that their subconscious is not overtaken by these pictures of evil.  Or do we forbid them from watching any of it.

I don't want to sound like parents of the past when they responded to the rap music or rock music of our time  as "music of the devil!"  No, everything is not of the devil,  the devil doesn't have that much pull, really.  The enemy is just really good at what he is good at, and that is setting a world culture that receives its' information from the airwaves (ie tv, media, music & cinema).

A weak mind will mold itself to such brainwashing, but a mind being trained in the word of God will be strong.  So, I say to parents, teach your children the word of God.  Let it become part of them everyday.  Make sure that your children have the right tools to fight against this enemy.   Give them the knowledge to make good decisions for themselves.  Train them up the way that they should go, so that they have a good head on their shoulders in the future.

We must also ask our selves the following question:

Who is ultimately in complete control?

God our father in heaven, sees all of this mess going on.  Vengeance is his, and he will handle the punishment of those powers who try to steal our children's minds.

This is not only happening on the Disney channel but I'm seeing it everywhere.  Just be prayerful and watch.  Because if you have children, your purpose is tied to them.  You are responsible to be a good steward of what God has given you.  Be blessed always and walk in your purpose according to God's will.

Live Life post 151: Encouragement for those who have dreams . . .

I was feeling a little down recently by all the negativity and criticism coming from my family about me pursuing my dreams of becoming an international best selling author.  I now understand why people follow their passion or their "dream."  To these people, like myself, it is not a "dream" but it is something that they have to do.  It is their purpose and therefore something that they were born to do.

I want this to encourage you just like it encouraged me.  This is for all you dreamers out there.  Everyone will not understand the purpose that God has placed in your heart.  Everyone will not be supportive of your dreams.  These people don't see what you see or understand how you understand.

You my friend have a vision.  You my friend are an eagle souring over all distractions, all criticism, and all doubt.  Keep your faith for your purpose.

Live Life 150: Johnny Cash

Discovering Johnny Cash


So, I've been pretty into movies lately.  I don't watch a lot of TV, but I am fascinated with movies and their hidden messages and what it all means to us in real life.


I don't think that things come from nothing.  Everything comes from something.  Every idea, every concept, every physical manifestation into reality came from an idea.


This is a Universal Law.  For everything that is in existence, there has to be a designer, and the essence of that design started with an idea, a thought.


This past year, I guess you can say that I have been a little obsessed with the ultimate designer:  The Father God, the one and only creator of all things through the power of him.  He made all things and without him was nothing made that was made.


And so I thank God for even thinking of making me.  I praise his name on high, for I know I have a purpose and pray that I do not fall into any pit, or any trap that will keep me from entering into his Kingdom.


So, I am going to skip the whole explanation of Universal principles, for I think some can get confused to think that I am a promoter of the new age movement.  This is not the case, I am a promoter of Jesus Christ, the real Jesus, the son of the living God.


With that said I know that he created each and every one of us with and for a purpose.  Everything that he created was good.  So, when I tell you that I watched Wolverine, that doesn't make me any less Christian, it just means there was a reason why I watched it.  I was sitting down for an evening of entertainment with my husband.   He loves superheroes and Marvel comics, so there are a lot of things I watch with him.  I can see a lot of hidden messages in these things.

Truthfully, I fell asleep at the end of the movie and woke up when the counterfeit Christ killed the real Christ who had failed to save the children, but then his very own seed led them to safety.  WAIT!  I'm sorry, I mean when the fake Wolverine killed the real Wolverine.  Then the real Wolverine's daughter and the rest of her very diverse "special friends" got away (12 to be exact, all different races, into the woods to find the 'promised" land).

I wish people can see the programming and the anti-Christ movement in Cinema today.  I mean it was there yesterday too, but it is just that the Holy Spirit is allowing me to see things a lot clearer.  There is definitely a movement against Jesus Christ.  So many songs, so many movies, so many books, so many stories want to mock the power, the divinity, and the humanity of Jesus.  There is an even more serious war brewing against Christians.  We all just can't see it yet, because we don't know what we are looking for.   To us today, it all seems like entertainment.  Or just persecution that is going on, "somewhere over there."

I encourage you to get stronger in the word.  The enemy is building his army against Christ.  It is time for the called of Christ to wake up, come out of bondage, and start working for God's will.

Anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as his personal savior believes that he is the son of the ONE true and living GOD, and confesses his shortcomings in order to changes his mind about the life that he was living; SHALL BE SAVED.

There was an awesome song at the end of the movie called "When the Man Comes Around." I was infatuated with the lyrics.  And I started an intense study on Johnny Cash.


Briefly put, I feel a unique connection with Johnny Cash.  I feel like he was used by God to reach a lot of people.  Of course, I knew of Mr. Cash before I heard that song . . . I knew "Ring of Fire" and "Walk the Line."  I never watched the movie but was familiar with much of his music like "Hurt."  I was troubled to find out that he does not get the notoriety today as being a Christian writer of gospel music, but instead a drug user musician that had led a life of adultery and pain.


Isn't the devil so quick to paint a Christian life as miserable?  But I see a different Johnny.  A Johnny that was trying to live the life that God intended for him to live.  A life that did not hide his talents but used them to be a servant and a witness of God's Kingdom.  I encourage you to research some of his earlier lyrics. I will add some here in this post.

With that said, open your eyes and be aware of this anti-Christ movement.  The mockery is becoming shameless.  The Kingdom of Heaven is coming soon, that will destroy this worldly Kingdom.  What side do you want to be on?

Live Life post 149: A Blog, is a Blog, is a Blog . . .

A Blog, is a Blog, is a Blog. . .

I really don't know how to put a definition on it.  I just know that it is something I enjoy doing.  Perhaps I'm not like everyone else.  There is  actually a constant recording of myself playing in my mind about the things I want to share with the world.  It is like I have wrote thousands of books during my lifetime just with this voice in my head.  I feel relieved when I can write some of it down.

But a blog is a blog

A blog is good for anyone who just wants to get their feelings and thoughts out.  It's like, this is what I think and I don't care what anyone else thinks about what I think, I'm going to write anyway . .  This is why I do it,  I do it because I enjoy writing.

A blog is a blog

They say you should stick to one subject.  You know find your tribe or your niche.  They say sticking to and focusing on your one audience will help you gain followers.  And so you have many bloggers with a strategic game plan to build an audience and make some money.

Me?  I just want to write about the Lord.  I am a Christian Blogger, not because I want to make lots of money but because I want to help people.  But first and foremost I want to help myself.  And so I am on my blogging journey.  I started a website artteacher4purpose.com which is a whole lot more complicated than blogger.  With Blogger I just open up a text box and start typing.

It has been about a year since I wrote my about page and unofficially launched my website.  My family doesn't understand.  They have no idea what a blogger is.  Their main concern is, "how are you going to make money?  How are you going to support your family? When are you going to find a real job?"

I'm not going to lie, this whole transition has taken a toll on me and I have little to no support to keep going.  I got laid of of my job.  I cashed in my pension.  I have a house in foreclosure.  My credit has fell from over 700 to the low 400's.  (side note:  When I need the credit the most, I can't get any!!)  Bill collectors call me everyday.  I can't pay for my car anymore.  I can't pay for gas to take my kids to band practice.  And the only way we are eating is by my sister-n-law bringing us food from her food stamps.

And so I blog, 

I blog,  because I pray that one day, the sacrifice of obedience will pull me through this season of darkness.

I know my God is good.  I know I am not going through this for no reason at all.  And although family members keep pressuring me to find a job and go back to education.  I understand that I cannot do anything that God does not want me to do.  I take direction from him.

But when you are low, people want to place the blame on you or the devil.  When you are doing well, people praise God, or they give themselves the credit for your happiness.

This is wrong thinking.  For every time and for everything, there is a season.  Seasons change,  you are going to live the season regardless of attacks from the enemy, or God's blessings.  God wants to teach us that we praise him through the good times and the bad.  Why?  Because God is always good.
No one but God will get the credit for my success.  Everyone else can go kick a rock.

A funny thing happen the other day . . . I have been doing this for a year now, and my husband comes to me like he had such a bright idea.  He said "You know, Sam (one of our friends) said that Ashley used to make money doing a blog about babies."

I replied sarcastically like I was surprised at his discovery, "Really, I didn't know you can make money from blogging, I should call Ashley so that she can tell me all about it."  He didn't catch my sarcasm and just replied "yeah, you should."

Don't get me started on husbands!  I feel like I understand crimes of passion when he feeds me condescending attitudes like that.  Like yesterday, I was doing yard work early like 8am, pulling weeds, planting flowers, and pouring mulch.  I turned on the sprinkler.  I watered one side then moved it to the other.  By 10am I'm getting a call from my mother in law telling me someone wanted to talk to me about getting a real job.  I told her I was busy, but by the time 10:30 rolled around I put my sprinkler on my newly planted flowers and headed over to another lecture about how I need to start working and stop wasting time with this blog business.

So, here is the husband comment that I got when I returned from the "Don't give up on your career." talk.  Almost 12 noon now, his mother standing between him and I in the front yard.  He says "Why are you watering the grass now anyway? You know, your supposed to water the grass early, not when it is hot, that defeats the whole purpose!"

So, I'm a Christian Blogger . . .

I won't encourage you to say what I said to him as his mother tried to cosign on his comment.  I didn't curse or anything but the sentence started out with "NEGRO!"

Isn't it funny how someone always has a comment or criticism when they have no idea about the work that you have already put into a thing.  I have been doing that yard by myself for the last two years.  It looks beautiful.

I'm not one of those wives that nags all the time,  I put up with a lot.  I don't nag.  I feel like I was definitely set up by my adversary yesterday and it was just a matter of time before I blew up.  So, with that said.  Being a Christian isn't about being perfect.  Being a Christian Blogger isn't about being perfect.  Being a Christian Blogger isn't about making money.  Being a Christian blogger is just about sharing my feeling, my thoughts, and my view points.  It is about how I see things in this world while also being a Christian.

Right now this blog is about me having an outlet to vent a little. 

So hear goes another lesson that I am learning while writing this blog:

Not everyone will understands what blogging is, what it is for, or why you do it . . . 

What ever your passion is, not everyone will understand it at first.  They don't have a vision for it like you do.  Therefore they will try to talk you out of it because they think they are helping you.  A lot of people will offer you all types of advice, even if it is something that you tried to explain to them many times over.  People will always think that they had something to do with your success.  They will think they had something to do with your sacrifice, your hard work, and your dedication. Despite their negative energy permeating your mindset, you will keep going.  They will never see that their attitudes, comments, and negative talk against your dream has only distracted you,  discouraged you, and deterred you from achieving your dream a lot earlier.  However, you should know that it is this kind of resistance that makes you want it more, fight for it more, and work for it more.

And so I blog, and I encourage myself.

I have built a resistance against negativity, and it has made me a lot stronger.  I will make it with or without anyone's help because I am a child of God and I believe in his promises.  There is a reason that I woke up this morning.  God has a purpose for my life, just like he has a purpose for yours.

Live Life post 148: King Kong Ride from Christian Perspective

Before I tell you about this ride, let me present to you a thought . . .

What if I were to tell you that this whole world, the system in which we operate, is guided, directed and controlled by several secret societies?  And it is in this intricate design of  such secret groups that the adversary would like us to believe he is in  total control.  However, I am a student of the Holy Spirit and I have undeniable evidence that there is only one true living designer of this intricate universe.  That designer and creator is Jehovah God, Yaweh.  The recorded evidence is found in the holy scriptures that we identify today as the Holy Bible.


Are there many books that we can study to lead us to secret truths and hidden wisdom?  Sure there is, but the word of God says that this type of intense study and search is weariness on the flesh.  It is not our duty as human beings to be concerned with such battles in heaven.  The book we should be studying is the Bible, and in it holds the secrets to everything.  However, it is understandable that our human desires to know more drive us to uncovering the mysteries of the universe.

What is the conclusion of the matter?

"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV

But how many of us know what to do to be obedient to the word of God? What does it mean to keep his commandments?  These details, I believe,  have been hidden from us.  Perhaps, to be a Christian today does not mean the same as being a Christian 1700 years ago or even 500 years ago.  Perhaps it is part of God's plan to allow the adversary to keep these things from us so that we will make an effort to seek the truth.  Or perhaps, our only duty is to let the Holy Spirit guide us and teach us these mysteries as Apostle Paul said that he would.

My theory is that we don't know as much as we think we know.  I have reason to believe that as we live in this age, we are getting "Dumber and Dumber."  Like this movie implies by the idiots playing the characters, our lack of understanding can get us into some pretty awkward and life threatening situations.  The word says my people perish from lack of knowledge.  I do believe that there are secret societies, secret messages, and secret organizations taunting our ignorance and mocking our Lord.  I wonder, who else sees it the way that I see it?  I wonder how may people are aware of the signs that we are exposed to every day!

I am no conspiracy theorist but just a student of the word of God.  While studying, and while meditating on it, I am particularly disturbed by Hollywood, its mockery, and its blatant disrespect of my father in Heaven and his son Jesus Christ.  Though scripture tells us not to worry ourselves with the enemy and his wiles,  I do feel that it is worth the warning.

About the Universal Studios Experience:

I went to Universal Studios with my family on vacation last month.  I was concerned with many things, but this following experience rattled my consciousness.


I went live on Periscope for the Universal Studios King Kong ride.  I guess I just didn't know what to expect when I was getting into the line.  I had never watched the movie and didn't know that I would be entering the atmosphere of skulls, bones, and death.  It seemed to be a scene right out of the pit of  hell.  I said to my self . . . "Where Am I ?"


And while my eyes where taking all of this in, I was also listening to a scratchy daunting voice speaking an ancient language of death.  I said "What in the hell did I get my self into!!?"

Yes I said it . . . and I said it out loud!

I couldn't believe that everyone wasn't having the same concerns that I was having.  I went live on the Periscope App, but it was too dark to record anything visible.  I told everyone, hundreds of people "We all are in the line to hell!"  But I digressed because I thought I was starting to sound like one of those radical "everyone is going to hell," type Christians.  I don't believe that everyone is going to hell.  But we are trotting on a thin line when we subject ourselves to these types of environments. . .


I closed my ears.  I started to pray out loud so that I wasn't unknowingly hypnotized by the dusty old witch in the wall, speaking uncertain dialects of evil.  Then I started to ask my self," We as a people won't talk about God anymore in schools, but we subject ourselves to this type of witch craft for our entertainment?"


And this is why we perish. We don't know what we are doing.  We don't know what we are exposing ourselves too.  We don't know what we are watching.  We don't know what we are listening to.  And we are ignorant of it all!  We are not guarding our minds like we are supposed to be doing.  We are not following the commandments of God.  We are not doing our duty!

Yeah, the ride was cool and everything but what did it do for my soul?

So, I continued to walk through this line for about 45 minutes in order to get on the  ride.  I took pictures.  You can discern what they mean to you,  but to me, while walking through a dark cave like maze with hidden pits holding tortured souls, I felt and saw glimpses of hell.  Twinning serpents and pagan symbolism adorned the dark halls; along with skeletons and rows upon rows of skulls.  I was not in my happy place. . .

Anyway,  I have reason to believe that Universal Studios is not in the soul saving business.  I saw it, I felt it, and I am concerned that not too many people are concerned with the devil worship and occultism that is found more increasingly in our modern cinema.  So, I raise the question:  Is there a secret demonic society behind our movies and entertainment industry that conditions us, not only to be desensitized by pagan worship, but to get us to worship demonic spirits unknowingly?

Hey these are some controversial questions for most Christians who prefer to stay under the protective "I'm a Christian because I go to church" mentality.  But I challenge you to step out of that bubble and really start researching and studying his word.  There is an adversary and there is a living God.  Do your duty and study what God needs you to do in fighting this war in heaven.  What does it really mean today to be a Christian?

A purpose message is only evil if you are following the wrong purpose.  Let God guide you in your purpose.

Live Life post 148: The Kingdom of Heaven

Hello All,


And as I take a deep breath, I am preparing my mind to get back into a nice even stride.  I believe that my mind is recharged and ready to go.  I went on a much needed vacation with my family.  I took a break from writing on this blog.  However, I couldn't stop thinking about what I wanted to share when I started back.  I couldn't stop thinking about things that I wanted to share about the Kingdom of Heaven.


During my time away from this blog I was able to study a little more, do a little more research, and think about a game plan.  A plan is always a much needed source if we expect God to do anything different in our lives.  If you don't have a plan then how can God direct you in where you need to go?


So, my plan is to share more and more about what I learn about  the Kingdom of Heaven.  My plan is to work diligently to build my relationship with God.  I want the Holy Spirit to continue showing me the secrets of the Kingdom.


I thank God for showing me that he ultimately makes the plan for all of us.  It is our job then to listen to his plan and make sure we write it down so that we don't forget it.


I want to encourage you to start writing things down.  The writing really is for our direction.  God wants us to know everything that he has for us, so we read, we study, and we write things down.  With this said, again,  I couldn't stop thinking about things to write.  I had a lot of time to think, now it is time to write them down and make them plain. 


We all have a special word from God that we should be sharing with others.  We each have a unique perspective.  We each are a unique perspective of God's thoughts, plans, and workmanship.  We each are very special to the development and the carrying out of his will.

Do you know that you are special?

We all are special and I am so glad that God has blessed me with the talents that I need to share his word with you.  It is time for you to identify and develop your talents so that God can use you according to his purpose  God will use you to reach out to everybody because his desire is for everyone to be part of the Kingdom.

What is the Kingdom?

Well, the Kingdom is a government.  The ultimate, perfect government where everyone is content, and happy to fulfill the purpose that God has set for them.  This government is of perfect order and is ruled by the most high perfect and just King.


It is my hope to continue my study and discussion about this Kingdom on this site.  It is my prayer that by reading my words that you are encouraged to find your place in this Kingdom.  This is the Kingdom that Jesus taught about.  The Kingdom of Heaven.
